We’re now looking for a Product Manager who will strengthen our product team. Someone who is driven by impact, creating structure, managing roadmaps, and enabling teams to deliver meaningful results that empower professionals across Europe. As PM, you collaborate closely with design, engineering and stakeholders from all operating companies to turn ideas into impactful, scalable solutions. You’ll help us shape our platform into a best-in-class environment for mission-critical professional development.

What you’ll do

• Translate strategic platform goals into clear, actionable roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Ensure roadmap delivery is predictable and transparent, you know what’s coming, when, and why.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders from across Europe.
• Manage product discovery and delivery for platform features: closing gaps, improving usability, and driving innovation.
• Get to the core of requirements and guide design and engineering teams toward creative and pragmatic solutions that balance value, effort, and scalability.
• Assess whether to build in-house or adopt off-the-shelf solutions based on impact, cost, and long-term maintainability.
• Bring AI into the product process, streamline discovery, automate repetitive work, and integrate with AI-driven development workflows.
• Keep communication tight: stakeholders are informed, engaged, and confident in progress.
• Facilitate sprint rituals and make sure goals are realistic, visible, and consistently achieved.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Strong skills in roadmap management, stakeholder communication, and agile delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation beyond ChatGPT (e.g. rapid prototyping, vibe coding, AI-assisted workflows) is a strong plus.
• Experience in EdTech or multi-tenant platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch; based in the Utrecht region.
• Organized, reliable, pragmatic, someone who gets things done.
