Build the future of professional development across Europe.
At Reducate, we believe the world is a better place with skilled professionals. Doctors, lawyers, accountants, teachers, all of them rely on continuous education to stay at the top of their game. That is where we come in.
Reducate is building the European market leader in mission-critical professional development. We are a group of specialised education companies across North-West Europe, each strong in its own market. At the Reducate group level, we drive centralised product and technology innovation: we invest in propositions that create measurable impact, and we build shared capabilities that give our companies more leverage and speed.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to strengthen our central product team at Reducate group level, working on innovation that serves our operating companies across North-West Europe.
You bring structure, clarity, and delivery focus, and you operate comfortably in complex environments with many stakeholders. You work closely with design, engineering, and business teams across our operating companies to turn ideas into outcomes that scale.
What you will do
You will work across the full product lifecycle: discovery, initial launch, and continuous improvement. On each proposition you partner closely with its Proposition Owner, a senior business leader within one of the Reducate companies who is accountable for the proposition end-to-end.
- Drive product discovery together with the Proposition Owner and relevant business stakeholders: frame problems, validate solutions, and make value/effort trade-offs.
- Translate strategy and propositions into clear roadmaps, outcomes, and sprint goals.
- Own end-to-end delivery: align scope, sequence work, and remove blockers to ship reliably.
- Lead launch planning: go-to-market readiness, communication, training, and adoption tracking.
- Manage continuous improvement: iterate based on data, user feedback, and operational insights.
- Create leverage across companies: identify reusable capabilities, shared patterns, and integration opportunities within our ecosystem.
- Bring AI into the product process: use AI to streamline discovery, specification, delivery, experimentation, and documentation.
- Keep communication tight: stakeholders are informed, engaged, and confident in progress.
- Facilitate product and delivery rituals and help teams improve predictability and throughput.
What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Organised, reliable, pragmatic, someone who gets things done.
- Proven roadmap management and delivery focus, with a track record of shipping value predictably.
- Above-average stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong product discovery skills: problem framing, prioritisation, experimentation, and outcome thinking.
- Ability to balance pragmatism and quality, and to guide teams to solutions that scale.
- Experience working with AI tools and automation throughout the product lifecycle (discovery to delivery) is a strong plus.
- Affinity with how people actually learn: you are curious about learning science and educational efficacy, and you can separate evidence from the many myths in education.
- Experience in EdTech and exposure to concepts such as adaptive or personalised learning is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Dutch is a plus but not required.
- Based in the Utrecht region.
What success looks like (6 to 12 months)
- You deliver measurable outcomes through propositions that improve professional development experiences across our ecosystem.
- Stakeholders trust the roadmap and feel well informed, with clear decisions, priorities, and progress.
- Delivery becomes more predictable: the right things ship on time, with quality, and with clear adoption signals.
- Continuous improvement is embedded, with a steady cadence of learning, iteration, and impact.
- AI-driven improvements reduce repetitive work and speed up discovery, decision-making, and delivery.
Work setup
- Hybrid: office days in Utrecht on Monday and Wednesday, in the office or remote on other days.
- Flexible, collaborative, and outcome-driven culture.
- Product and engineering teams are mostly based in Utrecht, with each team having at least one shared office day per week.
- Regular collaboration with business stakeholders across the Reducate portfolio companies in North-West Europe.
What you will get
- Competitive salary.
- Pension scheme for a secure future.
- 26 vacation days to recharge.
- Free daily lunch at the office.
- Hybrid work model (at least 2 days in-office, 3 remote).
- Great team events like our summer event and Christmas dinner.
